One-Time Payments

One-time payments provide access to our file conversion service for a selected period (1 month, 6 months, or 1 year).

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The service fails to work as advertised due to a technical issue on our end, and you’ve contacted us to resolve it.
  • You have not used the service (e.g., no files converted).

Special Case for High-Tier Plans (e.g., 10GB/100,000): If you’ve converted a minimal number of files (less than 1% of the plan’s capacity) and find the results unsatisfactory, you may request a refund within 14 days. We’ll review these requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the validity period after 14 days, even if you stop using the service. For example, if you purchase a 1-year plan and decide after 1 month that you no longer need it, the remaining 11 months are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions (1 month, 6 months, or 1 year) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Profile page and clicking the “Manage Subscription” button, which opens our payment provider’s customer portal. Cancellation is applied immediately, meaning no further renewals will occur, but you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for the remainder of the current billing period after cancellation.

If a technical issue prevents you from using the service, you may request a refund for the current billing cycle within 14 days of the renewal date, provided the issue is verified by our support team.

How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Purchases or renewals older than 14 days (unless required by law).
  • Services used successfully beyond minimal testing (e.g., more than 1% of a plan’s capacity).
  • Issues caused by user error, unsupported file types, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Unused portions of one-time payment validity periods after the 14-day window.
