Pricing for Conversion Plans

Registered Users are users who have signed up AND activated their account via the confirmation email. They get 10 conversions per day (maximum 100 per month), 20 MB file size limit, and access to AI Converter Studio.

Non-Registered Usersinclude both users who haven't signed up yet OR users who signed up but haven't activated their account. They get 5 conversions per day (maximum 50 per month) and a 10 MB file size limit.

AI Converter Studio is a powerful feature that allows you to create custom converters using AI, without writing any code. It's available for Registered Users only (those who have signed up and activated their account). With AI Converter Studio, you can build specialized conversion tools tailored to your specific needs.

You have both daily and monthly limits. For example, Registered Users can perform up to 10 conversions per day, but the total for the month cannot exceed 100 conversions. This means if you use all 10 conversions every day for 10days, you'll reach your monthly limit even though there are more days in the month. The limits reset at the start of each period.

Subscription plansare recurring payments (monthly or yearly) that give you access to your plan's features as long as your subscription is active. You can cancel anytime.

One-time Payment plansgive you access for 1 year from the purchase date. After the year expires, you'll need to make another one-time payment to continue with the paid features, or you can switch to a free plan.

Yes! We offer regional pricing for customers in emerging markets. Users from countries like India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Mexico, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Turkey, and several others will see discounted USD pricing (up to 65% off) at checkout based on their location.

Regional pricing is automatically applied by our payment processor based on your IP address - you don't need to do anything. The exact price in USD will be shown when you proceed to checkout. This makes our service more accessible to users worldwide while maintaining the same high-quality features for everyone.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. For now, please contact us and we'll help you upgrade or downgrade your plan.

AI Conversion Credits are separate from regular conversions. All registered users (free and paid) get 100 AI Conversion Credits per month. These credits are specifically for AI-powered converters, with the number of credits consumed depending on the specific converter and complexity of your file.

Regular conversions: 100 per month (free tier) use your standard conversion quota.
AI conversions: Use AI Conversion Credits (100/month), a separate quota for AI-powered features.

Need more credits? You can purchase additional AI credits anytime. Purchased credits never expire!

Source files (files you upload) are automatically deleted immediately after conversion completes for all users.

Converted files (results):
• Free users: Stored for 24 hours, then automatically deleted.
• Paid plans: 24 hours by default, with options to auto-delete after 15 minutes or delete instantly on demand.

All files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after the retention period for your privacy and security.

Yes! We can convert files up to 100 GB. If you need to convert files larger than the standard plan limits, please contact us to discuss a custom plan tailored to your needs.

No, there are no long-term contracts or commitments. Free plans are free forever. Subscription plans can be cancelled anytime, and one-time payments are valid for exactly 1 year with no automatic renewal unless you choose to purchase again.
